• Health & Wellness History: Relevant medical or behavioural history for humans or pets to ensure a safe Reiki session.

• Payment Information: Processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Square, or PayPal); I do not store your full credit card details.

How I Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Manage your appointments and provide tailored Reiki sessions.

• Communicate with you regarding your bookings or "Forest" updates.

• Ensure the safety of all participants (humans and animals) during sessions.

• Improve my services and educational workshops.

Informed Consent & Data Storage

By providing your details via my Intake Form or Booking Schedule, you give your informed consent for the collection of this data.

• Security: Your information is stored securely in password-protected digital systems (such as Google Workspace) or locked physical files.

• No Sharing: I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I will only share your information if required by law or if necessary to prevent a serious threat to life or health (consistent with my professional "Duty of Care").
